As the marketplace evolves and retail options shrink, how readers interact with and relate your brand — whether you consider your brand your imprint(s), your authors, your series or your online communities — is becoming more important. It's also something you, as a publisher, are increasingly responsible for as a means of driving engagement with and discovery of your titles. While this is not something many publishers are accustomed to doing, it's not completely foreign to your core competencies (meaning that you can learn to do it!).

In this session you'll learn strategies for:
+ Identifying and developing your brandable assets
+ Leveraging those brands to interact with your audience (and gain valuable business intelligence)
+ Cultivate, develop and protect that brand.
