Ann Michael has worked in eight different industries including information management, strategy and management consulting, software development, and publishing.  She is currently President of Delta Think, a publishing and digital media consultancy focused on innovation in product strategy, development, and management. Delta Think clients have included the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Society for Microbiology, Nature Publishing Group, Wolters Kluwer Health, SAGE Publications, the American Institute of Physics, the Massachusetts Medical Society, the American Medical Association, the Journal of Bone & Joint Surgery, the Drug Information Association, Kaplan Higher Education, Kaplan Publishing, and many others.  Engagements focus on defining and executing customer-centered business, product, and implementation strategies.
