Chet Ensign is Director of Standards Development and TC Administration at OASIS Open where he supports members in the creation of quality standards, specifications, and related documents that meet both the requirements of the OASIS TC Process and the needs of the international community. He serves as an evangelist, advocating the OASIS standards model, identifying new standardization opportunities, and encouraging new work. 

Prior to joining OASIS, Chet worked at Bloomberg LP and before that at LexisNexis where he managed data and systems architecture for the publishing systems group, helping to create enterprise-scale electronic publishing and content management systems.
