In this role, Stephanie covers the latest software trends and developments as well as evolving dynamics affecting the industry including the transformation of static print to personalized, multi-channel communications, understanding the role of social media, importance of analytics and ROI, increased adoption of eCommerce technology, and more.

Stephanie’s background in print & publishing includes previous employment at General Code, where she acquired XML publishing and document management experience. She has also gained professional experience with organizations including the Rochester Institute of Technology and Newspaper Association of America. Stephanie graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in New Media Publishing, focusing on Print Quality, and a minor in Criminal Justice.
